When was the last time you smelled something wonderful? Really smelled it? Did you know our sense of smell is closely related to our memories and to taste? Coincidence?
Sometimes when you think you are hungr,y you may actually be thirsty. If you are not sure, drink a tall, cool glass of fresh spring water, and see what affect it has on your hunger.
