One time this week, treat yourself like you would treat a guest who came to your home for a meal. Set the table, use your best silver and china, light some candles, place flowers in a vase, cook a gourmet meal and dine. We are so used to eating on the run, over the sink, in the car, out of cartons and bags that we have forgotten what it is like to dine. Being mindful about food is about learning to take pleasure in the whole dining experience. So, just once this week, treat yourself as a guest. Bon appetite!
