Here’s something you may notice once you start honoring your taste buds and choose to eat only foods you love – you prefer certain brands over others. Sometimes it might be the store brand, or the gourmet brand, or even the generic version. Whatever your preference, it’s all good. Make it a plan to eat what you truly enjoy and do so mindfully. This will lead you to eat less, which will lead to weight loss if that’s what your body needs.
