- Am I really hungry?
- Is my hunger physical or emotional?
- When did I eat last?
- Did I enjoy what I ate then?
- Is the food I want to eat a food that I truly enjoy?
- Am I craving it?
- Could I walk away and choose something else or does it have to be this food?
- Why am I craving this food?
- Would a small amount suffice or do I need to eat the whole portion?
- Have I had enough?
- Do I want more?
- Why do I want more?
- Is there something else I could do now instead of eat?
- What is stopping me from doing it?
- Do I feel satisfied?
