If you are having a hard time getting a meditation practice going, join the club. Everyone I know who has a practice today struggled to create it. Many continue to struggle, myself included. A daily practice takes discipline. Sometimes I/you fall off. No worries, just begin again. Here’s a schedule that can help get a practice going:

Practice 15 minutes a day for two weeks. If you miss a day, begin again. When you have two weeks under your belt….
