Most people meditate alone. Maybe you do, but, have you ever considered meditating with others? Meditating with friends can be powerful and inspiring. Consider enrolling in a meditation class. Meditation centers, continuing education classes and drop-in sessions are popping up all over as meditation becomes more mainstream. You can even find live online classes. Practicing with others, and having a helpful teacher nearby, is a very effective way to build your skills and stamina. Plus, you might make some new friends!
