You’ve been coasting along enjoying all the delights of mindful eating, and then it happens! You eat mindlessly. Whether you ate mindlessly for a meal, a day, a week or months, don’t despair! Mindless eating happens!

So, what do you do if you eat mindlessly? Just begin again. In this moment, begin to eat mindfully again. And, guess what? If you were aware that you were mindlessly eating while you were mindlessly eating, you were actually mindfully eating! Meaning you were aware. Good for you!
