Welcome to the best or worst day of the year depending on how you feel about having candy in your home. For those of us who can’t be around a Snickers bar with biting in, Halloween can present many challenges unless you approach it mindfully. Today marks the end of the tenth month of building mindful eating and living skills. So, this day has the potential to be your best Halloween ever. To show yourself that you can trust yourself around Halloween treats, I want you to get a few pieces of your favorite candy. Go ahead, I’ll wait.  Once you have your candy assembled, you will go through a mindful eating exercise that will show you that you can eat candy without losing all control.
