What: Choose the food and/or beverage that you truly desire and enjoy. No more eating whatever a food plan tells you what to eat.

When: Eat when you are physically hungry. How do you know you are physically hungry, and not emotionally hungry? You will eat broccoli and not search for the cookies.

Where: Create a pleasant environment, free of distractions, where you can sit and enjoy your meal.
