Sometimes when you think you are hungr,y you may actually be thirsty. If you are not sure, drink a tall, cool glass of fresh spring water, and see what affect it has on your hunger. When you drink the water, sip it–don’t gulp. Savor the water. Feel it pass you and in your mouth. Enjoy it like you might a fine wine. Wait a few minutes after finishing, if you’re still hungry, eat. If not, then you were thirsty, and you did a great job meeting your body’s need.
