Truthfully, you most likely are!

Most people in our society eat mindlessly. Initially, it takes an intention and an effort to shift from mindlessness to mindfulness. Once that happens, you’ll be amazed by how much mindless eating surrounds you, and it’ll be important that you not judge, criticize or control those poor mindless souls. Instead, just observe them. Just notice. Notice the difference between how you are approaching your food and how they are. See if you can see your old self in them.

Celebrate the differences that you notice. Give yourself credit for making the choice to become a mindful eater and enjoy all its benefits. Maybe, if they start observing you, they will want to join you on this path. Maybe…
