Mindful eating is eating with intention, focus and attention. But what if you don’t have time to sit without distraction and eat a meal or snack mindfully? Not a problem. Just be as mindful as you can. Be aware that those are your circumstances, and that this is a choice that you’re making.

Remember, mindful eating is about eating with awareness. If you are aware of what you are doing, you are being mindful. See…no problem!
