When I travel, I take the time to admire food and I savor it. What I know now that I didn’t know before is that in doing so, I was eating mindfully.
Try to imagine the lunch you ate yesterday. Do you remember eating lunch yesterday? If yes, do you remember what you ate yesterday?
You know you’re hungry but you’re not sure what you’re hungry for. What I do to solve this dilemma is to imagine different foods.
