You know what I love about leftovers? They are another opportunity to eat food that you enjoyed. Remember that food tastes best when you are hungry and that food loses it’s flavor after the first few bites. So, keep these truths in mind while you are eating, and know that if you stop eating and save what’s left, you can enjoy it all over again later when you are hungry. And, you can savor those first few bites all over again! Knowing this might even make it easier to stop eating when you are full, rather than shoveling in those last tasteless bites.
